Project management also involves several key activities, including project planning, project execution, project monitoring and control, and project closing. Effective project management requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to manage risk, uncertainty, and change. Project managers must also be able to motivate and lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards the same goals.
